I can explain this one. The monster and the backround was a re-colored level from Castlevania IV for the super NES. As for Trevor, that pic is one of the three semi secret boss skeletons you fight in Castlevania: Symphony of the night. You play as Alucard one of the 4 playable characters from CV3 and upon entering a room you see 3 skellies enter 3 seperate coffens each to transform into Trevor, Grant and Syphia(spelling?). It certainly was a blast from the past on those bosses!
