@TwilightKun4 Nah, I'm running it on DX9. Oddly enough this only appears to stutter while recording, when I switch off fraps is fine. But I'm not gonna bother fixing this on my own, the subtitles are there, and the stuttering isn't all that horrible.

@xboxlover749 Only in pre-rendered cutscenes, the game itself is fine. Seems to be a common issue.
