why is she playing on a straight soundboarded harp? its near impossible to hear her

It's more "correct" i guess, Extended soundboards were not existant at the period so some people believe that baroque music on the harp should be played on a straight soundboard and romantic period sound best with an extended soundboard. P.S. she has an excellent technique, don't see that often.

Pedal harps were in their infancy, and at the time this was written still commonly had less then 7 pedals... this piece was written for the triple harp, and much more of an issue is the size of the orchestra... its huge for the period... ideally one per part or 2 max on the strings. And yes, her technique is good, as is her realisation of line. Be well and happy
