  • This looks so unnatural. I can't stand it

  • Hi MercatorSurgery. I liked the technique (having lines, staples and all), I see precision. But do you apply the V-shape technique to all your patients??? Can a patient request for a "softer-V"...like the usual "soft-U" incision instead??? And I notice higher scarring on the sides because of the V-impression. Can you make the incisions lower...almost just right above the thighs??? I'm just curious.

Thank you for reading my note.

  • WOW this is really fucked up it makes me think whether i want to have surgery for my colitis OMFG sometimes i wish i wasn't me now :O

  • ive changed my mind now LMAO

  • Wow, this got me weak.. I was considering it this morning, and not any more... praise to all that did got the tummy tuck, you are courageous...

  • u fat fucks shouldnt have eaten all them pies then should you?

  • Comment removed

  • truly amazing

  • BY THE NINE DIVINES!

  • Like if you're a teenager who doesn't find this disgusting, but very "natural".

  • @AznGurl747 This is the opposite of natural. A capitulation to nature, denying the course of action. I am a teenager, and you're retarded.

  • @jfastnyc

WHAT?! I NEVER SAID THIS WAS NORMAL.

  • ew..o:

  • It amazes me people are saying they dont wanna get it after watching this video. I think anyone should do their research on things like this before they decide to go through with it. It's gross looking, but youre asleep during the whole thing and people it IS painful after you wake up.

  • this really scared this shit out of me cause im saving up to get a tummy tuck and now i dont kno bout it after watchin this

  • GROSS

  • good god scalpel's are sharp

  • oh my fucking god 0.0

  • WTF? is this a how to video?

  • women needs go through all of this sufferings just to look and feel good?omfg..ok....

  • @desretia not just women.

i had a friend who lost over 190 pounds and he had a tummy tuck.

to make the difference of going to the beach or not without a shirt because you are tired of everyone starring at your stomach because it looks like a mangled kitten or a brain or some sort of road kill

    it looked gross.

and he didnt lose his weight starving himself. he has a workout plan. he tried for years to "harden" out the stomach and hoped the skin would retighten. it never did

    tummy tuck was needed.

  • Wow, that is all..

  • AHHHHHH WHAT THE FUCK!

  • ew ew ew ew ew ew ewwwww i could never hav a job like that

  • @MrGonzaloRay A tummy tuck has nothing to do with losing weight, i had kids at a young age and stretched my skin out way past 'workout' fixable. I lost ALL the baby weight, i go to the gym almost daily and eat right, but no matter what i did the skin would not 'unstretch' i praise the tummy tuck, it saved my body and my self esteem. so THUMBS DOWN to you sir.

  • @cherrieluver lol nice

  • @MrGonzaloRay A tummy tuck is not an operation to remove fat. It removes skin. Anyone needing a tummy tuck is not lazy, as excess skin is a result of losing weight / fat.

  • do you guys do this for all your tummy tuck patients?

so if i was to get a tummy tuck, this is what will be done on me?

  • ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

  • 1:55 << vagina jiggle :D

  • good thing i work out (x

  • Impressive work/symmetry... but damn that looks gross. Wonder if feeling remains unhindered.

  • hey i saw a penis =O when they took ur stomach skin off and resow it back in can u still feel it after?

  • And they still eat lunch after performing these kind of surgeries!

  • incrivel

  • i wonder if dis will effect this person if they have a kid

  • WTF?!?!?! IMAGINE IF U WOKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THAT!!

  • Two years later and I have NEVER regretted this surgery. My stomach is like it was when I was 18 - before children.

  • Before Clicking this video i could of sworn i saw a bikini LMAO now im scared :(

  • @canonindaim ya ya well ur opinion

  • @joanna3403 No one wants to hear your shit.

  • omq this is disqustinq!!!!!!!!

  • Craziness.. no time now rs rs.

  • this is so gross

  • Wooow so still kinda want a tummy tuck but not really LOL and their are a lot of woman who have c-sections and have tummy tucks and their bellies are flat...Britney Spears had 3 of them, Gwen Stefani 2, Christina Aguilera etc... I dont care celebrity or not u can have a flat stomach after a section with a little help from the plastic surgeon...

  • makes me sad that some people would go to such measures to lose weight or look better. Females mostly. this made me depressed.

  • this looks like an autotopsy! O.o.

i suddenly decided not to do this...

  • the result looks amazing. No smiley face incision.

  • damn...only watch...then i could feel that pain! god.....

  • more power to you brave girls! this looks real painful...... ouch!

  • @Lefty313

yeah but they don't feel it duing the sugery. and the only reason they're brave to do this is because of them being too superficial to stay the way they were and/or too weak to just stick to a diet and exercise.

  • @lukegllcc you know, ORRRR, they had a sagging stomach. Just sayin'

    -__-

  • @lukegllcc yea okay has your husband cheated on you because most of the women who do this is to be happy with there body and have there husbands love them more and you sit here talking crap about superficial at least its not fake Tits sweety thats superficial and fake boobs!!

  • @joanna3403

lol. from Luke you should have been able to tell that I am not a woman.

  • Amazing women who dares to do so in the name of beauty ;) and perhaps for their love ones...

  • Great now she has a huge FUPA! Look at that snatch!

  • ive seen so many of these(thanks to the endless amount of surgery channels on direct tv) this does nothing to me.

  • ok... Im so stayin fat!!

  • @mauronastagi ME TOO!!! :S Did you see them take her tummy skin off! OMG *pukes*.

  • @mauronastagi Lol ME TOO!!!!

  • ...I lost all of it within 3 months after delivery and back to my normal size without having to exercise. My baby was 7.4 lbs, a happy, healthy baby. All I did was eating HEALTHY. :)

  • @bamboovn2 yea okay at least you did'nt have a C-section where even if your exercize the extra skin hangs sweety study that!! you can do all you want but your skin will still sag expecially with a c-section then you'll wonder why your husband chases a skinny prettier woman:(

  • @joanna3403

oh that's it. I was wondering why you were so bitter. ok then. sorry to hear about your husband. but coming on here and arguing with random people isn't going to fix anything.

  • @joanna3403 first of all, you are being too rude. It's just an experience of mine that I want to share with everybody. A lot of my friends had C section and they look HOT. I agree that your stomach can never be the way it was. I myself, have stretch marks. But it's just how it is and I accept it. At least I'm trying to get back to my normal weight by eating healthy and exercising. Another one, try to do sit ups. It will help you tone your tummy skin. Peace!

  • i'M HAVING A TUMMY TUCK DONE THIS THURS. AUG 13TH AND AFTER WATCHING THIS VIDEO I AM HORRIFIED AND TERRIBLY SCARED!!!!

  • you poor thing! I hope everything worked out okay!

  • dammmmmmmmmmm

  • OMG !!!

  • are u serious? [2]

  • ew ew ew....i hate those stretch marks from on my belly from pregnancy but i will NEVER do this...btw, i dont know y most of americans gain too much weight after pregnancy. I know it's eating for two, but eating too much is not a very good idea. A lot of asian woman who have many kids still look really good. So, control ur eating habit!

  • Alot of the times its not for eating to much that you gain weight, it can also be the baby making you gain weight for retaining alot of liquids also it can be certain medicine the Dr prescribes you. For example the blood pressure pill my darn Dr. prescribed me made me gain 80 pounds during pregnancy, the side effect of that pill was weight gain, and he wanted me to take it every 4 hours and it was a 500 mg pill! a week after I had my son I was able to go down 50 pounds by not taking that pill.

  • I said "a lot" not All americans are eating too much. In your case, you took blood pressure pills which made you gained weight. But not everybody take that pills. And like you said, you lost most of it just right after pregnancy from not taking pills. How about who dont? Seriously, I'm not trying to criticize anyone here. It's just an experience that I want to share.

BTW, it's the weight AFTER pregnancy that I'm talking about, not the weight DURING pregnacy. I gained 30lbs during pregnancy

  • @bamboovn2 GOOD FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!

  • im a guy with them on my belly from too much cortisol...and I'm having it done.Sorry, some of us would like to have sex again.

  • @bamboovn2 SHUT UP AND CRITISIZE UR SELF DUMMY

  • temq ue confiar muito no medico, eu mesma acho que nao vale apena"!

  • Wow, this was great to watch! I'm preparing to have my own done. I can't wait!!! These results were wonderful! I hope my surgeon does as well...

  • prefiro a lipo"!!

  • NOSSSAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

  • do not do that surgery for those who r interested!!

it looks very very very painful!

  • Lol. my mom just had her done last week.. she still cries cuz of the pain.. i had never seen her suffer that much.. its something terrible.. don't do it ladies.. she says that its not worth it.. that if she knew before doing it how much it would hurt that she would have never done it.! haha.!
  • That was awesome... cant wait to have mine done...

  • Are u serious?

  • WTF!!!

  • dont try this at home kids

  • fuckin graphic man. I almost puked

  • Wow that was pretty graphic,I wonder when they'll come up with laser tummy tuck surgery.

  • q 4zqooooooooooooo 4jjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjj

    lo q tienen q h4zer ez ejerzizio

  • I better dont see it if I want to consider having one someday...UFFFFFFFFFF scares me!

  • I'M so scared to experience this kind of procedure, I'd rather have big tummy rather than to felt how painfull it is, by watching this video i felt how it was, and for me staying sexy has so many ways, the best among the rest is the so-called self desciplined. learn how to control your self, choose the food you eat, stay fit & healthy. basta nakakatakot daig pa mananaggal...

  • thats a big scar id rather hav the fucking stretch marks!!

  • lol.

  • so my mom had this done, walked around like a duck for weeks, then wound up pulling the effing stomach muscles out anyways! so now you can kinda see them bulging out. so yea, nasty!

  • wow hahah frances needs that but its nasty i rather work out

  • OMG! Can you imagine if they made a mistake and rips open...

    *fainst at the idea*

  • honestly, i was cold and chilling while watching the procedure...

  • holy sh*t..that made me sick to watch that.. that was creepy as hell. but still really cool in away.

  • WOW!! I dont know what else to say LOL

  • Even FREE and I wouldnt do this to my body.. I would rather do exercise work out and eat clean... for the money she spent she could hav buy some good products to lose that fat naturally. stupid women

  • WOW just wow!

  • This is awesome. I'm in college now, and watching this video would make me want to change my major!! :] It's interesting.

  • That's going to hurt in the morning. O_o

  • What does this kind of surgery cost?

  • These types of surgeries can run upwards of $15,000.

  • I did work off the fat and lost a lot of weight. After having kids, and losing a lot of weight, no amount of exercise will make stretched skin go back to where it started.

  • I agree...I have gained alot of weight in addition to having 2 kids... I need to lose about 40 more lbs then Im having it done... I cant wait...

  • @Shells62 amen sister

  • @mrchucknorris24 @mrchucknorris24 -- Two years later, still never regretted this surgery. I have the same flat stomach I had at 18 - before children.

  • I had this surgery 5 weeks ago, and believe it or not, it was not that bad. I woke up sore, but the actual incisions did not hurt at all. I had more pain from the skin stretching. Yes, they remove the belly button & make a new one. My new one is MUCH better than the one I had. I would do this gain in a minute!

    Shelly

  • Really? that scared the bejeezus out of me, even though i really need it.

  • I am really considering going through this myself. I have had four kids and each pregnancy was heavier than the one before. I gained 102 lbs from my before my first pregnancy to the last pregnancy. I finally lost some pounds and all I need is a little help to remove excess skin. I am supposed to go in next month and don't know if I can go through it.

  • i feel the same way, though i have only two kids and i have my surgery date in 2 weeks, so i say go for it and i hope i feel alot better with your new body:) wish me luck :)

  • Good Luck

  • GOOD LUCK! How do You feel?

  • it's amazing.. I had to watch it over and over.. the surgeon was the best!!!

  • Dr Anous does more tummy tucks in the North West than any other surgeon. He has a great reputation and a Seattle Tummy Tuck expert!

  • umm?? ouch.. When are they just gonna find a way for a laser or some miracle cream to do the same thing?? ouch ouch ouch...surgeons have strong stomachs!

  • ouch! but i still want one

  • gross

  • gente muito lindo esse video, qquero ser eles, a forma como é feito e maravilhoso, parabens pelo video

  • meawaleed, it could be scary, but we cannot see the stomach. The surgeon doesnt open the lower layers of the belly (aponeurosis, actually). We cannot see the intestines or stomach. I know that because I am a surgeon also. just to let you know.

    with all due respect

  • omggg thats crazyyy.

you still see her breathing when the skin is off. ahh that just made me cringe lol

  • The Mercator Abdominoplasty IS NOT the traditional way a tummy tuck is performed. It is a new technique with different markings and execution. Those of you having a tummy tuck in the near future are getting the traditional operation. Please watch all three videos to understand the Mercator technique better.

  • WOW...I wanted one done but looking at this make me want to just simply work off the rest....LOL Just finding a great surgeon is very important...:)

  • i'm going for my surgery in 9 weeks time, i'm really scared but its something that i have wanted done for over 7 years and i really need it due to putting on alot of weight in my 1st pregnancy. has anyone got any advice to calm my nerves?

  • Sorry can't calm your nerves, but I'm in the same boat. I don't have a date for surgery yet. The thought of it makes me feel sick!!

  • belibe me when you´ll see the results you won´t gonna remenber what are you felling now i did it one year ago and i´m not gonna lie to you it´s a big surgiery but i´m so so happy the medicine advances naw are unbelievable.

  • Why is the final result so bad? Her belly button is so low...looks weird.

  • omfg i cant believe i wanted this

  • Goddamn. Before they sew her back up it looks like she was mauled & ripped wide open by a wild animal. Like she suffered some irreparable injury. The sad part is, I'm still considering it.

  • LOL. We too!

  • I had this done 6 months ago. and would do this again if I needed too.... Only cost $7,500.00,,,I had the Extended Tummy TUck.....

  • The figure of $20,000 is not correct. The surgery costs much less, under $10,000.

  • i would rather get a bypass surgery :]

  • Yeah but then after bypass surgery you end up with tons of skin and then you will have to get the tummy tuck and breast and ass and everything else cut off.

  • great, i think it is wonderful.

Anyone know a good indication ?

How much, max, i can pay for a surgery like that ?

  • $20,000

  • Im a male and am gonna have this done,, for different circumstances, am very lean and i dunno how the hell theyre gonna stretch my skin,,, i mean, HOW>>>?? how flexible cna skin be???

  • gegoameric, the skin, believe or not, is VERY flexible. It takes time to stretch to gain better results, otherwise the skin gets thinner. Thats why women takes 9 months to stretch their belly.

    respectfully,

    Marcelo

  • has anyone realised she had to sit up before they could sew her back together again what happens when she lays back down?

form an orderly queue with your replies

  • Yeah I was also wondering the same thing. I believe she has to lay in a C shape form on the side, me thinks.

  • my question is, can she stand up because that is one awfully tight stretch she has there, there is like soooo much miles they had to cover b4 her junctions met

  • The one thing that they don't mention is that you won't be able to stand up straight for 2-3 weeks! The first week you are bent over in almost an L shape. The skin only stretches so far..it takes some time for this to happen. My stitches ripped open about 3 inches. It was pure hell! You have to really want this! My best advise is to check out the surgeon really good and talk to some of the patients that they have worked on!! Byer..BEWARE! Don't go to Cal.Surgical Institute!!!!!

  • How did you stay in a L postion for all the time & how did you walk and get around? What happened when your skin ripped open 3 inches, did you bleed all over the place?

What about infections and Sepis ?

  • I had mine done 14 days ago. First 5 days, it swells and hurts like hell, but its worth every peny and money.

  • I have got to be retarded. I am not backing out though but I agree with the comment above I should not have watch the video.

  • Holy cow! I am sO NOt getting One done!!

  • worth every bit of it. I'm 2 weeks post op, and already back to the gym...cardio only of course. first 4 days were hell, but would do it all over again, with out a second thought. i run 4-8 miles every morning..there is no jogging extra skin and stretch marks off.

  • How intense is the pain the 1st few days?

If you don't mind me asking what doctor did you use and what kind of meds did he Rx?

  • Good Lord... why don't you just jog it off

  • esta es la mejor tecnica de abdominoplastia que hay fantastico 20 pts

  • I had one done two days ago now and im happy i did but i didnt think that way yesterday whew when that general anesthesia wore off...but im very glad i did it...i have a great deal of swelling but even with that the outcomes looks so good already...i can wait until its been a month afterwards.

  • I'm getting a tummy tuck on June 20th. God I wish I hadn't watched this.

  • you will be so happy! recovery time wasn't nearly as scary or hard as i thought...and i have 3 small kids that i had to take care of a few days later. good luck!

  • Xpressin obviously doesn't know what giving birth to children means to a woman's body. My doctor changed my surgery date to June 18th so I'm very excited at this point. I have lost 40lbs on my own. Doing Cardio but the mommy pouch doesn't seem to budge. Thanx for the encouragement unfortunately I'm doing this on my own. My family doesn't approve of the surgery. They think that something will go wrong.

  • Yeah but you are only 24 years old and heal faster than older gals.

  • true, but i also make a point to stay in shape, and maintain a balanced diet. i truly believe that that helped in my recovery. either way this surgery is a personal desision, and after finally getting into that tiny bikini that ive my entire life for...im happy with mine! i finally feel like my body matches the blood sweat and tears ive put into it.

  • godamn , good thing i thought about not watching these videos before getting it

  • Painful as hell

  • ouch. i thought the results were good but with a resounding ouch!

  • ouch. i thought the results were good but with a resounding ouch!
