Are you a brand new trainer? The explanation and demonstration sucked! As mentioned earlie progression is important, no lunges before squats as not teaching before learning yourself. This is the simple thing what differs good trainer from just a trainer. You have a good potentials, i tell this to you as a professional!
Too much talking, not enough clear demonstration. Proper form with squats and lunges is essential. Walking lunges are particularly dangerous for folks with weak knees. Try a stationary lunge instead where you can keep an eye on your alignment.
