Why is it so hard to create realistic snowboarding physics? At least make the animations better than this! This game could be using the exact same engine Tony Hawk's Pro Skater was using back in 2001!

The game is actually good if you play it. It has more of a simulation feel to it (if you have snowboarded before) then compared to the Tony Hawk series.

It's not 10 out of 10, but it's a solid game if you are looking for a real snowboarding experience compared to insane tricks that cannot be done in real life.

It's just that snowboarding is more "media Sexy" I mean for mainstream people. It's more out there, it's just "the bigger thing" and sells more easily. There are still alot of people, who have no Idea that u can do the same stuff with skis that u can do with a snowboard... But hopefully someday they'll make a ski game worth buying. Until then, just play the jibbin game on your computer.

I dont like the fact that many of the big jumps in the park ar build that way that u land straight to flat... That kinda ruins the good feeling of stomping a sweet 1080 and other narly tricks.

thats what happens when your in the powder... you keep your speed on the groomed stuff plus if you land straight down your going to lose some speed... but you gain it back really fast
