  • I want this video on my WX280 phone.

  • This show was a blast!!

  • This video went viral on Tehran

  • I enjoyed this show, and this was truly one of the highlights. However, this tour the band seemed off most of the time. When I listen to the shows it all seems flat. Maybe they needed Jimmy Herring. The Other oNes shows in 02 were the best post jerry i've seen.

  • can't we all just appreciate it for what it is? i was at this show, and for us youngsters who never got to see the Dead w/ Jerry, seeing them now means so incredibly much to us. think about it

  • when they hit the first break "yeah we're shakin down shakedown street...", im not even kidding, THE ENTIRE BUILDING was deep in the groove shaking their collective ass...probably THE funkiest moment of my life

  • Jerry is probably pissed, i know if someone shit on one of my works of art, i wouldnt be too happy. hope the ticket prices paid for that over priced light rig. John Kadlecik from DSO would not put 50 extra bucks on tickets. and when the hell did you ever see others sharing the stage "guitarist" with jerry? with the exception of carlos santana unless he could smoke them all. which is not hard for jerry to do.

  • chna

seriously, Jerry would not be pissed

Hes happy that The Dead got back together

  • I guess the point is to get high enough that you just don't care... But really, some of Jerry's rudimentary fills shouldn't be *that* hard to reproduce. ahh well...

  • Hope you can join us at ROTHBURY 2009 for The Dead show!

  • "Old and in the RED", boys ?

    Stop this nonsense....

  • Someone tell these guys warren haynes doesn't fit in Jerry's shoes, he needs to put Duanes

shoes back on and pass Jerry's shoes to John Kadlecik from DSO who really has earned them!!!

  • that would be pretty sweet if johnny was guitarist for the dead

  • if you dont like it dont come out of your tiny little world quit wastin your time bein a big crybaby the boys are still on their worst night better than anyone out there so wah wah wah wah

  • Amen, Brother! I am soooo sick of the fucking people bitchin about ticket prices and how the band "sounds" horrible. I'm goin, I paid 100 bucks, and I can't wait! See ya in Chicago!

  • going to tonight and tomorrow nights show. hoping for a little china/rider. this is gonna be my first dead show ever since im 15

  • Warren sounded great singing all along the watchtower, a cover of a cover of a cover it's still live music jamming with friends. Thanks

  • i do not want to come off sounding like a snob, but this is kinda weak .these guys are all world class musicians,i spent a huge part of the 70's and 80's following them[except for warren] seeing many, many, many shows i just cannot get what they are laying down.i would much rather see phil and his friends jackie greene, larry campbell and molo play. i also mean absolutely no disrespect to weir, billy, and mickey.how could i we spent many, many nights in the ozone.bottom line is no garcia no dead period

  • Thank god, someone has the guts to say it!!

  • warrens guitar is choppy and too twangy.. sounds like shit... Im glad I gave my ticket away.. didnt feel like bein dissapointed.. I hate the effect warren uses.. jerry is rollin in his grave..

  • I'm sure it has nothing to do with the fact that its a video on a small digital camera. You probably didnt have a ticket and are just mad that you couldnt go. It was siiiiiick. too bad for you though

  • lol... I had a floor ticket and gave it away.. you have no idea BRO.. Ive been to more shows than you can imagine.. dont get butthurt cause I have an opinion.. raged the lot and made a ton of new friends and ran into old ones.. just the show was schwag...

  • Jerry's not coming back, there could be someone else waaay worse than Warren Haynes up there! BUUT Ur right, none of my business, I dont care what you do, glad you had fun anyways.

  • This show was so sick. I might have to make another one. Warren's parts were so calmed down compared to all the times I've seen him with Gov't Mule/ABB. He's my favorite. If you weren't there, you missed one hell of a show/lot.

  • Thanks for posting this. It indeed was a special night for all of us that were there.

  • it was an amazing show! it was me and 76,999 people there, all singing and dancing the whole time! ahhhhh memories! im so happy i could see them as an adult...as a kid i just liked space and the drums...but as i got older, i grew to appreciate the music and now i know all the songs and listen to them everyday

  • It was great but made me miss Jerry big time.. It would reach almost the old school fever pitch, which this song is a good example, but not quite ever hit the mind bending candy droplets Jerry used to drop.

  • gosh!!! i shouldve been at this show... but my dad had freaking work.. do i couldnt go... looks like an AMAZING concert though... but its ok... im gonna go to the Allman Brothers in October

  • I'm pumped for the shows I have tickets to, but have to say..the light show it a bit disapointing..not that it matters that much, but compared to back in the day....
