McHale is an idiot. He had KG for years and couldn't support him with anyone better than a couple of old guys. And remember, McHale had the chance to draft Ray Allen. Instead he drafted marbury, traded him after two seasons. Hell, as soon as hes with Ray Allen KG wins a Ring. McHale has had so many chances to drafte good players. He coulda had Brandon Roy, Ray Allen, Shawn marion, or Richard Jefferson. The only guy he got was KG. And that was a no brainer that he still could screwed up.

McHale decision to trade away OJ Mayo for Kevin Love, will end up being the final straw before he is out of Minny. He had his GM/president title taken away from him when he was named head coach and will be removed as head coach since the team, i dont believe can show significant improvement. I do feel for Minny, the need to restart the rebuilding project but this time, it needs to be done in the front office. Unfortunately the team is owned by a moron in Glen Taylor, so i dont see any hope

I agree with your points about Minnesota having an inept front office, but I think your argument that the Love for Mayo trade being the final straw is faulty. I may be in the minority in this argument, but I think that the draft day trade the Wolves made with the Grizzlies, even to this day, has benefited the Timberwolves. Not only do I believe that Kevin Love fits better in to the plans of the Wolves, but if Mayo would have stayed, he would have bolted like Marbury for a bigger stage.

Reason i think Mayo would have been a great da Wolves was because a one-two punch of Jefferson-Mayo, inside and outside would be great for the team. Kevin Love had a good rookie year, so coming into the season i may have been hard of him. So if Love continues to play well and a healthy Jefferson, u have a good frontcourt but who at backcourt? McCants looks to gone this year, u got Foye and Mike Miller, both talented players but nothing special. Miller should be traded for more pieces and a PG.
