See, the thing is, when the actual LAW itself DEFINES the word citizen, and SAYS that PERSONS cannot be denied certain rights, it is the LAW that prevails, not some introductory paragraph - it's another LEGAL TOOL of STATUTORY CONSTRUCTION that a more specific provision will prevail over a general provision - and that's when you compare two conflicting LAWS, not a LAW and an introductory paragraph. Besides if the republicans go back to their "small-government" idea, I don't see what's holding Beck back from being a republican, because he's not very liberal on social issues...

Cheers sweety, why don't you start listening to Glenn Beck and realize how much of a real libertarian he really is. Glenn Beck is a populist, a showman with a great brand positioning. Look how much he supported GW with his interventionist world-police-politics, look at the role of religion GB promotes, and how much he questions civil liberties and then ask yourself whether you honestly understand the differences between those two right-wing movements yourself! Sorry but Beck has changed alot. 3 years ago i couldnt stand him, now he has changed his veiws by a lot and i now consider him the only good guy in the msm.
