  • 50/50 chance the glasses on the last girl interviewed are just clear lenses?

  • ATTN everyone, mark all comments from jjrants as spam , and flood his channel with comments.

  • YOU GUYS ARE RETARDED!!!!

  • They have no idea what they are doing, sure the system isnt working well, but they are just running around pointlessly without a solution.

  • STAND YOUR GROUND PORTLAND!

  • Karen, why dont you just toss in a unicorn and flying dragon for everyone as well, i want i want i want, (but have no idea and dont care who has to pay for it all unless its me), jesus, these people are delusional, is this the best America can do???

  • history has shown us that soon they will begin to riot and the national guard will come in and hose down the streets god bless america.

  • Obama bailed out Wall Street. He should not have given them our tax dollars.

  • Fleabaggers!!!! Go to work!!!

  • 3 words: Unemployed Fucking Bums. Get haircuts, a bar of soap, take a shower and how about looking for WORK like the REST OF US. Jesus fucking christ.... these people dream of socialism, yet are too lazy to work. Tell me again how trashing our parks, ("our" meaning TAXPAYERS), blocking streets and hurting local businesses downtown is supposed to help our economy or prosecute bankers?? Humor me with your logic behind this one. I'm curious.

  • @jjrants

No see the make the application process easier. With them not applying you are guaranteed to get a job! Especially since they will have to sort through less applicants.

  • @jjrants

they cant find jobs, you ignorant cunt, its why they are protesting!!!!!! You Bush fans are going to get crushed.

  • @worldmayhem I found a job. It wasn't to hard. Just put in effort. I'm sad to say my generation is just to lazy for most of them to do that.

  • @hooplablahblahblah

I know people who have been looking for 2 years and cant find one.

  • @worldmayhem I shudder to think of how bad they're education must've been then because I just have a GED and I got a job 6 months ago and I'm moving up the food chain there.

  • @hooplablahblahblah

sucking off your boss? Not everyone wants to demean themselves.

  • @worldmayhem Yeah. Demean themselves. Right. Don't have a protest with no working showers or something to go to?

  • @hooplablahblahblah

they have working showers and generators. They are there because they care about the country. Teabaggers would not last one day in the cold.

  • @worldmayhem Good thing we have jobs so that we don't have to.

  • @worldmayhem DOUCHE

  • @worldmayhem I don't know where your sorry ass is from, but yes... there ARE JOBS in PORTLAND!! It's crybaby fucking whiners wanting something for nothing... and THATS why bums like you will never get america's support.

Fucking piece of shit... GET A JOB!!

  • @jjrants

I have a job, you ignorant shitstain. Its people like you who make these movements necessary, because you and your pals ruin the country with greed and racism.

  • @worldmayhem I'll let you in on a little secret you ignorant fuck. 1) I'm NO bush fan. Never was, never will be. 2) Its easier to get a job when you actually LOOK FOR ONE!. Why the fuck is it that when I moved to Portland, I was able to land a job in less than 3 weeks, in a trade with absolutely no experience??? (Maybe because I took a shower??).

Fucking lazy sack of shit liberal. If you want to sit around getting baked all day, fine. Just get the fuck out of our parks.

  • @jjrants Do you own the parks? SHUT THE FUCK UP!

  • @jjrants

hey cunt let me clue you in-

I have a job but know people who have been looking for nearly 2 years and cant find one. Ok, so Portland has a great job market. The entire country is not like Portland, you pathetic worm. 2. I am not a liberal, you would know that if you paid attention. Want to take me on, you bitch? I live in TX, let me know when you're in the area. I'll shove my fist down your throat.

  • @worldmayhem 1) Portland has one of the "worst job markets" in the country. It doesn't change the fact that the work IS OUT THERE. Just because a person doesn't get the job they WANT, doesn't give them the right to rape taxpayers dipshit. 2) If you support the movement and making assumptions about Portland when you obviously don't know a fucking thing about it, you're dumber than you sound. How's it feel to be a fudgepacking liberal FAGGOT living in texas? Your parents must be OH so proud.

  • Comment removed

  • @worldmayhem Like hell you aren't. A liberal faggot living in Texas. OHHhhhhh you ARE a proud one!!

  • @worldmayhem 3) The only thing you'd like to fist is a guys ass. I'd love to come visit. A backwoods, inbred cunt like you could use a good ass kicking. Whiney little bitch.

  • Get a job you fucking hippie / communist pieces of shit.

  • @Whataboutbob1991 Your are part of the reason are world is crumbling. Ignorance is bliss isn't it? Sure people can get jobs but can blind people like you shed your fear and realize what you stand for? I wish you the best of luck.

  • Obama is killing jobs in America .... Would someone smart enough in this protest PLEASE .. go ask this man why he is killing jobs ... sending water desalinization plants to Mexico ... blocking oil pipelines ... and a speech about bankrupting business that he does not like ... Occupy wall street protests are protesting the wrong crowd

  • @RunningLegalBlues Unfortunately, it's the same dipshit liberals protesting who VOTED his sorry ass in. Why would he care about job creation when he's catering to a crowd who wants to socialize the entire country? They want free healthcare, free housing, free college, free this, free that..... All they care about is themselves. Unfortunately, his one "card" is just that.... socializing what he can starting with healthcare.

Moral of the story: Liberals are idots. PROOF.

  • I'm glad we are all focusing on how shitty of a public speaker I am. I was nervous. Get over it.

  • so we repeat ourselves so we show none of us have a thought in our head.. we just follow... ok so i see it now.. you all ARE the 99%

  • Mindless repetition and indoctrination.

  • These Flea Party idiots have been sold hook, line and sinker on the notion they're owed something. They're not owed, they owe! The OWS should be called OWE. These morons actually think they count for something just by being alive.

I'm rethinking my position on late-term abortion.

  • Liberal Politicians promising home-ownership to the masses, and pressuring lending institutions to facilitate these promises, is what caused a large part of the mess these idiot protesters are whining about.

These moronic imbeciles blame Wall Street and banks, because they're too blind to see that the politicians they voted for built the house of cards that fell all over their moronic dreams of getting something for nothing.

Now they lay around like dead fish, occasionally flipping about.

  • "Future Chinese medicine student." Great summary. Future student of fake medicine based on unfindable, nonexistent body parts. (Wonder if she'll ever dissect a meridian, or find some chi.) When she becomes a practitioner, she'll be faking people out of their hard-earned money to give them false hope. And she thinks she has a right to bitch about Wall Street?

  • @d1stewart1 Yeah, but she's cute, so it's ok.

  • The "Future Chinese Medicine Student" is a blithering idiot. Do any of these people have a career that doesn't involve documentary filmmaking, alternative indie music, or freelance recreational pharmaceutical sales?

  • @rhubbard1821 Hey! First, the film maker asked me what my career was and then asked me what I wanted to be doing, and I replied Chinese Medicine, NOT realizing this is how I would be identified. Second, I was caught off guard and responded with emotional language and did not come off articulate (which I will admit I do lack articulation but that is from damage done to me BY medications prescribed to me by doctors...on the road to rebuilding lost skills and that takes time),

  • ALSO I am not a fan of alternative indie music, sell drugs, or am a documentary filmmaker. I am a student of Marylhurst University and am employed at a luxury retailer. I am the average Joe, and I am pissed off at the way things are heading in our economy.

  • The girl at the end is pretty cute, hipster or not.

  • What is this repetition crap? What kind of brain-dead, robotronic bull$hit is this? What is WRONG with these people?

  • Has anyone ever noticed how butt ugly liberals are?

  • @hungrycactus123 The last one was pretty cute. I actually noticed that they are all retarded. The last chick's statement (yes I know I am a pig, so sue me) is indicative of what is wrong with these people and their so-called movement. She cannot articulate a coherent thought on what the #*!! they are protesting about.

  • If they do attempt to arrest you (((If they do attempt to arrest you)))

You must drink the koolaid (((You must drink the koolaid)))

  • "I'm going to pass around the Kool-Aid now,"

"I'M GOING TO PASS AROUND THE KOOL-AID NOW!"

  • Pathetic moronic twits. They have no idea what they want or how to accomplish it. Every single device they use to put out their message was made possible by a corporation...iphones internet video cameras cars oil even the clothes on their backs. Aren't you glad you live in the most prosperous free nation in the history of the world!

  • The occupy-X protestors are uninformed, ill-educated people who are protesting an economy they are not used to seeing and putting the blame for it where it does not belong.

  • 1. What is your perception of where the blame is being pointed? 2.How did you gather this? 3. Where do YOU put the blame and what do YOU want to see happen?

  • These people are protesting the Obama economy without realizing it.

  • Comment removed

  • Honestly, I am behind this kind of movement- but I don't see it doing any good. There's only one way that the corperate-run gov't in this country will listen, and that's if the people that hold the real power start dying.

  • 1:17- 1:59 what?

  • They're all crazy.

  • Two idiots arrested in Portland for vandalizing a police car. . .smooth, real smooth.

  • @2wheels88

Yeah, and vote for that anti-choice fundy Ron Paul that wants to rescind the minimum wage and allow child labor, right?

  • @TageSavage First of all i never mentioned Ron Paul but he is funded by a true grass roots movement and has received more donations from the troops fighting these BS wars than any other candidate including Obama. But this is not about left and right it's about getting to the real problem which is not capitalism because there is no capitalism anymore,It is crony corporatism thats ruining America, insider trading and governments buddying up with big corporations. Both Bush And Obama are globalists!!!

  • @2wheels88

That's all well n' good but I'm still don't vote for fundy's. There are issues that are just as important to me as the ones you have mentioned. I'm probably not going to vote Obama either.

  • @TageSavage I don't know what you meen by fundy's,but I believe what you are saying is that you'll vote for another mainstream establishment guy like Bush was Obama is and Perry,Romney all are etc. Which will just give us more of the same,No change for the better!!!

  • I am so damn sick of this mentality. Every time it comes to people showing resistance authorities always bring up resisters safety. Go get some burgers, go shopping, go to a recital, no where in site. But when you protest, oooohhh when you protest your safety magically becomes the reason for riot gear wearing.

  • @Anothercoilgun I was at the occupation area today and the area was just stupid with marijuana. There were at least 2 cops on the ground there at all times and they couldn't care less. That said, after everyone I interviewed I can safely conclude that the occupation is peaceful, but completely uselss and rudderless. I spoke with 4 people that couldn't even come up with a reason why they were there other than to be around other "beautiful people". It's NOT a movement. I'll be posting vids.

  • @itowedin

    OH NO! NOT MARIJUANA!

  • @TageSavage I don't care that they were smoking it, that's not the point. The point is that what they are doing is so rudderless that even the authorities gave up on them. LOL!

  • @TageSavage yeah, it's legal medicine in Oregon anyway. I guess he's really from somewhere else.

  • Comment removed

  • @theCosmicQueen For the last time lady, I don't care about marijauna. Smoke it or don't, I don't give a shit. GET IT? I'm behind the Occupation 100% and have spent 3 afternoons down there behind my own reason. Having been down there and interviewed people and having been interviewed by local media my perception is this. Occupy Wall Street in New York, Boston, and abroad have shown economy centric complaints, addendums, and action. Portland so far is a fashion show. Town's got no swing.

  • Comment removed

  • @theCosmicQueen I've lived here 36 years and the way to deal with Portlanders is to be educated, informed, and articulate. Portlanders are soft and pretentious. People that walk what they talk intimidate Portlanders because just like YOU, they're trying to be deliberately contrarian. Portland is a "scene" town and the youth culture is too busy trying to recreate the past. Nothing originates from here and that's why no one here gets famous. Nothing "weird" about it. Just boring...

  • Comment removed

  • @itowedin ok, you just made some incredibly revealing statements, that shows us you aren't from Portland. or at least not in touch with the city or its people.

  • Comment removed

  • @theCosmicQueen I'm exactly what you need. That's who I am. Look I'm sorry, but you're starting to appear like one of the conspiritorial types. There's no talking to you, just victim mentality. No dialouge, just esoteric references to things that you have no experience with and no control over. You don't know me either, who my friends are, what I've done, etc...Good luck to you.

  • @itowedin if you're what someone needs, then speak up NOW and tell us all what that is. PROVE YOUR POINT. and how on earth would you know what I need? you don't have a clue who I am or what I need. by that claim you make yourself seem totally out of touch with reality, making baseless assumptions.

  • Comment removed

  • @theCosmicQueen The reason you are contrarian is because of a victim mentality. Whatever you're mad about, I'm sure you have a reason and I support your right to state it. But your soft. If God himself presented the absolute answer you would tell him it couldn't happen that way. I'll help who wants to take action but pragmaticism needs to go from words to action eventually. Otherwise, get used to being a statistic. Bugger off.

  • Hey Portland PD, You guys are dicks but during these enduring and sensitive times in our nations story book thanks for being policemen and not corporate dicks. Respect!

  • Hell of a big march yesterday, I was glad to be a part of it. Cant wait to visit the encampment at Chapman Square, after the PDX Marathon!

  • the clackamas baby killers were not there

  • Way to go, Portland. All my love!!!

  • So I'm stuck and cant get there until later today (Friday) or Saturday. Will it still be going on?

  • @itowedin the occupation is permanent

  • @OccupyPDX I'll take that as a yes. I'll bring a protein bar for when I get sleepy.

  • @OccupyPDX Nothing is permanent. Even you.

  • @OccupyPDX A permanent occupation is called colonization, or imperialism. Good job.

  • @itowedin - I think we can all agree there is not a huge amount of intellect going on at this "protest" right? These are not people we would allow to help us decide which umbrella to use, let alone what government should preside over a civilized society - we can agree on that much at least, right?

  • @mollkatless Intellect yes, direction and fortitude? No. I did a social experiment where I walked directly up to their planning area and dropped 3 heavy suggestions. They were almost immediately adopted and put into action. I then had to inform them that 2 radio stations locally had called them out and given them an open invitation to come into the studio to state their intentions and solutions. They had no idea and said that they wouldn't know how to handle themselves in that situation.

  • @itowedin this is what's called the grass roots. they are not being told what to do by some higher ups, and they aren't professionals nor are they usually activists. they are common folk coming out to meet each other on some common ground, to voice their discontent, and there is a lot of it, within a wide spectrum. GET IT?

  • @mollkatless These kids are scared. That's the bottom line. Berate them all you want but they don't know what to do so their trying to figure it out. It's not strong enough for me to get behind. They are looking for a leader. They're desperate for one. As far as letting them decide who should preside over government, we seem to be leaving that kind of thing to the Sean Hannitys, Keith Olbermans, and Glenn Becks. I'll take a street kid's advice over those guys any day.

  • @itowedin George Soros has funded ad busters to start the Occupy wall st protest. His foundation donated $220,000+ to ad busters in Canada to occupy wall st to divert you from the real culprits of the financial collapse, the Private Fed Banks.Luckily some very intelligent grass roots protesters have started the Occupy The Fed protest Country wide, look into it if you really want the culprits. Wall st is just a drop in the ocean of the trillions stolen by the Federal reserve Banks. Pass this on!

  • @itowedin make your way to the Interstate bridge before 11am tomorrow morning because occupy pdx and occupy vancouver are teaming up on the bridge

  • @GeekTechMac1 Based on your channel videos I get the feeling that you're either trolling or looking for confrontation. You've singled me out so I'm glad to oblige on the confrontation front. Message me privately and let's work out details on where we can find each other. I'll be downtown at a book signing at 4pm tomorrow. We can start from there. I'll send this to you privately as well.

  • @itowedin whoa I wasn't starting shit with you, I was telling you that they are holding that event tomorrow morning. I thought you wanted to check out occupy pdx man. Not giving you any shit

  • @GeekTechMac1 Gotcha. My apologies. I was out of line. Good luck tomorrow.

  • @itowedin you're fine man. enjoy it and be safe. thanks

  • She reminds me of a skin care comercial.

  • @TageSavage Totally. But just because she doesn't have the same gift of articulation that someone that slaps together a mortgage backed security has, doesn't mean she shouldn't at least try to say something.

  • @itowedin

I ain't saying she's not articulate- I agree with her. But the editing and video quality remind of an infomercial, I almost expected her to start talking about how she had a bad acne problem but then found Occupyex Skin cream, and wow! Look at her now! I'm arguing aesthetics here- not really content. If the movement can't laugh- I'm not gunna be in that number...

  • Um, going limp and falling to the ground IS resisting arrest.

How about you please go home and not disturb the peace with your ineffective "protest" you people are terrible protesters. Look at the UK. Much better.

  • Portland pd is way more for the people than nyc PD why I don't know differnt views I guess.

  • @fishrcoolturtles2

Yeah but if you go marching outside the scheduled and permitted route, they'll beat the shit out of you.

  • Being from a "big" city recognizing Portland law enforcement, they appear to now be for "the people" not against....

  • @LPhils most of the time, but they also have been know to be fairly racist at times. but i doubt that they will get violent like they are in NY for this event, they usually are very good about protests as long as we follow their rules. i applaud their civility and the fact that they are working with us to have this be peaceful. OCCUPY PORTLAND!

  • @jtthundercat24 Thanks for the feed back and awareness!

  • Way to go guys!

  • This is how you do it. The Portland police are much more humane than the NYPD. NYPD have behaved like barbarians.

  • @Prancer1231 You never know, when things get riled up and the fat cats get nervous who knows what orders will be passed down?

  • Occupy Boston supports Portland. Occupy Together.

  • @jpop100 Occupy the planet.
