I'm so glad to have found these videos. I'm trying to lose weight, but have athsma so I can't do cardio. Yoga is wonderful, and these videos are great, and free! I also have balance problems, and yoga helps (a little.) I like the way your poses alternate instead of just holding, which can strain muscles. one thing: do you have the Indian names of these poses? the words are so beautiful.
