Using a set of priorities and based on what abilities are off cooldown and what buffs and debuffs you have activated on the target, the addon does the thinking for you and displays what ability you should use next. In this case, it makes the already piss-easy Retribution paladin FCFS rotation even easier.

Fortunately for raiders, there is no addon that moves you out of fire, which quickly filters out the dumbest of the bunch. ^^
