  • 71年の日本公演はled zeppelinにとって一つの到達点だと思います。

  • The solo is just awesome, best version of this song imo, just for drums of bonzo :D

  • jimmy is god

  • i agree, led zeppelin best band ever, page best guitarist ever. than

    Pink Floyd

    Dire Straits

    Beatles

and i also love Weather Report music, but is complitely different!

  • @Andrea24296 Dires straits shitty fm band no ?LoL Not rank like the mighty zep :D

  • that's how history is made

  • I love the way they always tried to improve this song through time. I mean I love all verdions of this song but it's frightening to see our confident they seem to be to jam live like this. Led Zep is, from my humble opinion the best band ever.

    2- Dire Straits

    3- Pink floyd

    4- The Beatles

    5- the Stones

then many bands deep purple, black sabbath, the doors, the jimi hendrix experience etc

  • @kahlan4182 dire straits yuck

  • Lol at the end, "We have a new album, the 4th, coming out" *applause" "Gracias".

  • Thank you for posting this! I love all the live stuff! They are all different and great in their own ways! i will have to check South Hampton too.

  • amazing concert. jimmy and robert as far as front men go. are the best. pretty sure it's "osaka".

  • This bootleg sounds really good!! They need to come out with this on cd

  • This isn't great sounding boot at all.. Check out south hampton 1973 or New york 1975 they are great ones...

  • @brandontylerkaiser

South Hampton 73 isn't even really a bootleg, it is the soundboard recording that was stolen from jimmy's house in the 80's.

  • 素晴らしい音源をありがとうございます。大阪でこんないい演奏が聴けたなんて会場にいわわせた方は幸せですね!

  • @indysasaoka i dont understand what are you talking about, but i know you say something goood about zeppelin!

  • Man, Bonzo's drums sound awesome!!!

  • Since i've been loving you from TSRTS is, in my opinion, the best guitar performance ever. I know thats quite a statement and that there are plenty of other more technical performances out there (like i don't know Van halen or Steve Vai or something) but none of them have that atmosphere and that soul and that power. Also this version is pretty good.

  • its pieced together in the studio ,using audio from both nights, but your quite right ,nobody plays with "feel" anymore

  • @PAULOcbi so true, feel over technique anyday

  • @PAULOcbi well the version on the third night along is great on its own right, in my opinion is just as great as TSRTS version.i dont understand why page need to piece two performance togather, thats just unnecessary

  • this performance he was so sad, must had some happened inside

  • good that! i just have lost all my zeppelin's albums incluiding bootlegs...

    it's a really good interpretation

  • Not a big deal, but it's Osaka, not Osoka.

  • they really were on fire at this show, i'm so glad atleast this much of the show is online. this is probably the best year of plant's voice. and page's guitar playing

  • I'd say it was about 1973 through 1976.

  • plant was losing his high register in 72, in 76 it was gone. and page's heroine use was destroying his guitar playing. so i'd have to disagree, but it's your opinion. they were writing amazing stuff in 73-76 but they weren't as sharp as they were in 71

  • Thats true. But in movies like the song remains the same Plant and Page are on fire also...and that was in 76...plus in my opinion the verison of since ive been loving in tsrts kicks this versions ass

  • TSRTS is from 73 and yes they were on fire in the sense that page was alot better at coming up with stuff and they're best stuff was written (minus physical graffitti) and plant had more technique rather than raw ability, but they didn't have the ability they had in 71. page wasn't nearly as sloppy (check out heartbreaker osaka 1971) and plant still had the highest part of his voice.

  • After the song he Robert Plant says 'gracias' to the Japanese crowd. Love it

  • Wow.

  • I miss the days when drums sounded as good as this.

  • Me too friend! I can't even begin to understand why the "modern" drum sound is such scheisse. Bonzo was the man.

  • @wolfgar2 thats what im saying!!! I dont understand why musicians wouldn't use these drums

  • @wolfgar2 There is hope my friend i was at a house party last week that had some music and there was this guy that was playing drums(just drums) and he went completely crazy john bohnam, keith moon for like 10 minutes. i sat on the couch high with my mind fucking blown away by his amazing playing

  • this is a really good version...

not just quality wise, but the playing as well

  • Jimmy Page is a freakn monster !

The best guitar player that ever lived!

  • Trust me, sit back and smoke a fatty and hear this!!! Thank you for posting this and also hats of for YOU TUBE for letting peeps use them as a vehicle for us see/hear this videos!!

  • OMG MASTERPIECE AMEN!

  • Bonham's Green Sparkle Ludwig drums with his supraphonic snare ahhhh it sounds unbelievable, the sound is like no other!

  • Oh, cool! Zeppelin at their fucking best! :)

  • Bonham on fire on this one! Thanks for posting!

  • About 3 weeks before the making of history (Led Zeppelin IV)

  • Osaka man, its osaka.

  • Wow, the sound is so good.

  • thanks, great sound

  • one of their best songs !!

  • awesome
