@kebyonatin Nope, it's not the PH. It's more of Guam or Hawaii I guess since there's a Jollibee and both places has a huge number of Filipinos. There aren't school buses in the Philippines like in 0:25. Plate numbers in 0:28 isn't the same as PH plate numbers which leads on to 1:17 that can be of proof that the vehicle they're on is registered in some US state. Also the police car that was following them at 1:37 is a standard Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor model.
