cont'd Do you realize without power for all of the US, that no fresh water for anyone, as they run on pumps, generators last 12 hours, and no way to get fuel from electric pumps, Spoiled food, deaths in hospitals, and rampant looting and criminal activity and criminals killing you for your items they need to survive. so think about it, it starts with a simple phone virus. I don't consider digital viruses an act of war. A series of code that complicates the functionality of PCs, cell phones, and other tools is not a direct threat to national security. If a virus were to interfere with sensitive military intel or with air traffic control, then that may be more of an act of war. However, no deaths resulting from a cyber attack doesn't really feel like any war to me.
