Ahh, good times. Good times when Morello showed off his hairy chest, Timmy C. had his legs spread wide open, Wilk with his funny lil' mustache, and Zack before he decided to grow pubes on his face. 8)
i remember the first time i heard this song on the Crow soundtrack in 1994, actually in the movie and I was like who is this BAD ASS BAND.... about the same time I heard THE BADGE by Pantera... and the rest was history... lol... that was an AWESOME movie and AWESOME SOUNDTRACK, i dont think I ever bought another movie's soundtrack haha... I wore that cd OUT
@SgtPepper96034 sarah and the police man are at the hot dog place, there talking about how they saw eric. Its in the daylight and its raining. There is a car driving by playing it i think, you can hear it low in the backround for a couple of seconds.
Well, it was on the demo tape. Plus they re-recorded it for the soundtrack of "The Crow". That version made it on the "Anger is a Gift bonus disk" in 94 or 95.
I have the "Anger Is a Gift" bonus disk. It is dated 1995 and it is in fact the remastered demo from Live & Rare version. Rage, I'm certain, does not own the rights to the Crow version unfortunately.
Nah, I think its pretty obvious that Settle For Nothing was meant to be a replacement for that song on the debut. The demo solo and Settle's solo are pretty similar. They only needed one slow song on the album. I think they made the right choice.

@UNSUNGBAND so a band who donates to charity, works INDEPENDENTLY FROM THEIR RECORD DEALER, participates in protests against injustice, oversees that none of their products are sweatshop produced and continues to speak out against issues like racial profiling =sellouts
Maybe you didn't realize rage broke up pre-bush era because they felt they were turning into what they hated most
and youre telling me i need research without presenting your own?
grow a brain and plz leave without making a scene.
@DotaNevermoreSF These "young" (40 year old) musicians try to act like they hate corporate America, when they actually thrive off of the money of raging screaming teenagers everywhere that they would not receive if it were not through this "system they hate so dearly". I've listened to Rage since back in Orange County when they weren't shit so why don't you stop assuming and quit riding their dick like they are some rebellious independent Jesus group?
@DotaNevermoreSF Listen to Immortal Technique or the Dead Kennedys if you want someone who actually says something that isn't sucking the system's dick. Ignorant fuck.
yeh true, but I think the best way to show how much they love their music is to channel their creativity and influence into something that is there own, well thats what I would do anyway.
Who wants to hear rip offs of Rage, I'm on this planet to hear the new sounds - if people just immitate Rage's style there will be no future in groundbreaking music.

Rage at its finest still think their pretty good always putting their best in concerts since 1991
