Just think about it. I bet many people would like to challenge you again! Can you do it. Can you prove it that you are capable to do it again?!

    ;)

  • how old is coone?

  • @HipocresiaMusic

    28...

  • Coone+Villain+headhunterz+psykopunks+datweekas:) please brazil.

  • Alee manneke

    kankergezellig joh

  • in spanish please!!! xd

  • He said something about "I don't think that whatever happend to Happy Hardcore will happen to hardstyle too" ... or so ... can anyone explain me whatever happened to Happy Hardcore? .. I'm not really into that scene but interested to learn more about it since I really like Lethal Theory ...

  • @Toughline It got very popular, even so popular that certain songs reached the #1 position in the Dutch Top 40... It all was not too long or it was over, but yeah... Hardstyle is already so commercial, when you look the DVD of Decibel Mainstage half of the people are standin still... Look at Musc Made Addict for example, great song, but even housewives who like that poppy crap know it...Hardstyle has chaged, I think in a positive way, but it got too accessable...

  • Great interview...interesting questions!

  • Good question - becomes Hardstyle too much commercial? Well, if the producers becomes too soft, softer beats softer kicks, then this can be possibly the start for the chance to get commercial. I don't hope. But this is my opinion...

  • @imacian86 thats what i fear too, im not saying that i want hardstyle to be exactly the way it is right now forever, but there should at least be a difference between genres. making hardstyle softer will make it into another genre. and i dont want that...

  • @imacian86 then they are making a whole other genre ;-)

  • I think music videos for Hardstyle are awesome.

  • 16:09 'Coon' is actually a brand of cheese in Australia. It's pronounced the same as Coone.

  • Coone , JE BENT EEN TOPPER ;-)

  • no offence all americans, but your country has a way of making art and music into a product. That ruined Hip hop, pop, dubstep and something i dont want for the hardstyle genre. We are in the beginning of an musical era right now and i want to enjoy it before commercialism ruins it.

  • @inDeepTroub1e commercialism will never ruin Hardstyle ;-) have faith

  • @BERTEDUS if you say so, we shall fight for our right to party!

  • @inDeepTroub1e i agree and i live in america and its why i want to move away from here people only care about money and themselves

  • @jkt3sc you know, its sad, because all the people I know that have lived in america says the same thing as you do... the world have changed i guess :(

  • @inDeepTroub1e as an american, i couldnt agree more. people dont care about the music, they only care about the money they can make off it. this is exactly why i plan to move to europe once i finish college

  • @SwiftShootinKid Do so! you will love it here, as long as you can stand being without mountain dew and you love to go to big-ass raves ;)

  • @inDeepTroub1e check and check, europe here i come :)

  • @inDeepTroub1e i agree with you 100%. Here is an opinion from an american hardstyle enthusiast...its because we are obsessed with making money. its that american dream as its known. music producers here used to do it for passion..then the modern age hit and now its all about money. hardstyle without passion wont be hardstyle. im with you guys and against commercialism. just wanted to say that..not all americans are bad..alot of us are in it for just the music too

  • @ApexiDesign It makes me happy to hear that there are some good people in this world... ;D

  • @inDeepTroub1e Couldn't have said it better =]

  • @inDeepTroub1e This American agrees with you.

  • @inDeepTroub1e Yeah , I agree with you m8 . Commercialism is death of every EDM genre .

  • @inDeepTroub1e i agree. dubstep was OK-ish before it blew up. I witnessed dubstep for the first time in 2006, when it was still part of the Drum&Bass scene. for a while it was cool but then Chase & Status made it commercial. then *puke* skrillex came by and labeled his shit as dubstep and got away because no one in the US knew what dubstep was back then. the scene degraded from underground (cool) to hipster posers(less cool) to 16 year old emo kids music. hopefully that won't happen to Hardstyle

  • well coone how you were saying it being difficult to get to the level of people say DBSTF and noisecontrollers and headhunterz well in my opinion your up there mate. thumbs up

  • awesome...i love in-depth interviews with artists <3

  • Coone your so hard on yourself. your tracks are awesome. Personally, your my favorite DJ and your 10x better than Headhunterz, Showtek, Noisecontrollers etc.

  • 21:00 Same here :P

  • @StereorockerzMedia and here XD

  • @PsyclopzOfficial hahah wij kijken ook altijd dezelfde vids he :D

  • what does he mean by what happened to happy hardcore?? it still pretty popular..

  • i think u forget south america... we haven't a big scene like Australia... but we are so proud to have mysteryland with the best hardstylez here! U have to recognize that and be sure here hardstylez will never turn into a comercial music!

  • Is there any chance to get an autograph from coone?

He's my hero and I will love him for his music and his passion for it a life long *___*

  • southamerica likes hardstyle, and we demostrated that when mysteryland came to chile, q-dance stage was the only stage with more people all day and night.

  • 23:55 COONE UR LIFE IS SO HARD xD -.-"

  • press 7 for creepy smile

  • "How do you make kicks"

    "Oh fuck, not this question..."

  • watched the whole interview and now i hope coone has got some great suprises

  • coone should produce a song with headhunterz

  • Shows how even a high quality producer struggles with creating and liking his own sound and how hard he works. Some might think you just figure out 'how' to make hardstyle, but you truly never do.

  • We love you in the USA!

  • hey thats the studio they use in RA TA TA MUSIC VIDEO!

  • Zoo veel respect voor hem, goudeerlijk!

Helemaal afgekeken, bleef maar interresant ;d

  • @ThaSoundWave !! Coone ft. MC Villian - (Songtitel)

  • beetje zenuwachtig coone ? :P

  • I'm from germany, but I think, I have to learn dutch, it's not so difficult if you can speak german ;)

  • @aeroner123 if u learn me german ill learn u dutch:p

  • great interview and video!!!

  • How does Villain looks without a cap?

  • Pretty easy to unterstand, even though I don't speek dutch.

Sounds like a mixture of german and english.

    Love from Germany! Coone <3

  • @TheDaccario lol i think the same off germen, only i hate the germen laungauge, only cuz i only get bad grades for it...

  • 14:40 Yes I'm afraid off that...

  • @paardenworstje Haha, said the same thing to myself.

  • @floydengel yeah .. same here :b Imagine seeing any hardstyle music video playing on MTV xD

  • @cRZcss Then I probably have to commit suicide, haha.

  • @paardenworstje same here! I want hardstyle to stay in Europe and not go to America because they will ruin it....and everyone knows that

  • coone i love you <3

  • sympathieke gozer !

  • We love you ♥ Je bent de Beste!!!!

  • I loved how you shared your thoughts on how the scene is in the USA. However, I was quite disappointed how you didn't mention Canada. Although, I can't blame you. The scene doesn't LOOK that big over here, but I assure you that there are alot of TRUE fans out here and i'd just like to let you know that Coone, you are very appreciated. You've gotten so good in your musical career, and i'd just be pleased if you came to VANCOUVER, CANADA!

  • a young dj who is rising pretty fast who i recommend you look up is ezitsuj.... personal favourite of mine

  • Coone, I like you! Respect from the Czech Republic! ;)

  • X-Qlusive please give 2012 to DJ Coone! I mean please, he deserves it so much! He has brought DWX to higher and higher heights than ever expected I am sure. He is an idol of mine, and check out his age... Only 5 years older than myself! What brilliance...

  • Very nice interview !!!

  • 2013: X-Qlusive Coone?

Doe in 2012 gewoon hetzelfde of beter. Coone you are the best

  • @scaniafreak22

  • @Janetdude

    Bij mij juist hetzelfde !

  • 13:25 hardstyle dont need the usa, u can say wat ever u want about the usa but they just dont like the harder styles so mutch

we already have the best dj's in our own europe,

like in the netherlands, belgium and italia

hardstyle is the best style, but plz dont make it commercial like rap or rock couse there will always be idiots like lmfao who want te make proffit out if it whithout making music from the hard

  • @ertlqwert idiots like Scooter already make profit out of it...

  • @ertlqwert we already have those idiots... Showtek for instance. I dont say Showtek's tracks werent good. Their old tracks are brilliant... But their new tracks are just fail... They smelled the money and took the commercial way. And they are not the only producers who started with the more commercial music.

  • @ertlqwert

Bullshit, you don't even know what "commercial" means...

The fact is that "idiots" can't make profit from hardstyle, because of the difficulty of producing good track.

Personnaly i'm happy that Hardstyle is now present in USA, it makes the community more and more bigger, which can reveal new talent ect ....

  • @ZakariJumper just like i sad, we dont need the usa, the countrys who have there own hardstyle producers are the countrys u want for this style,

olny countrys who produce mutch hardstyle today are the true hardstylecountrys we need

btw, u can say what ever u want about lmfao but belive me, they are the masters of commercial profites

  • @ertlqwert

I dont like LMFAO, like most of people right here, so np with that. But your vision of hardstyle world is too limited imo.

  • @ertlqwert check out -Goldkind-, a german producer. awesome style, like coone, but a bit clearer.

  • @ertlqwert I know what you mean. look at dubstep. It could probably pass for pop music now. It kinda sucks for the people in the USA that love hardstyle because 1. if hardstyle reaches the US. it'll be some mainstream crap and 2. very rarely, awesome hardstyle djs come here.

  • Coone, we all love you !

  • I really like it this in depth interview with Coone, it kinda reminds me of the X-Qlusive: Headhunterz interview :)

  • Ilu, Coone <3

  • it's strange how many hardstyle producers when asked, what are the thoughts of hardstyle in America always seem to truble with their words. and there are also other producers i.e Showtek who have a positive reaction to it. hmm

  • Genial, me gusto la entrevista. i like that interview :) interesting over all.

  • respect for coone :D

  • 10:20 je heb je heb je heb je heb je heb je heb ......

  • great -.- one time i really want to watch something and now my internet is slower than a cochlea -.-

  • Coone ! :) -> Come To POLAND !

  • Goed interview! very interesting!!

  • BELGIUM PROUD!

  • Very nice interview, very interesting =)

  • awesome interview mateezz,, wanted this for a long time :D

  • Its to long to listen and see it all :P

  • @ThunderStylezNL I did watch it FULL ;)

  • 0:16 MEOW ? :D

  • @vitez46

it's dutch for, how are you?

  • @vitez46 he realy said me jouw xD

  • Comment removed

MC Villain's voice sounds really different in Dutch than he does speak in English at festivals/events xD

  • We got a shity government.. A football team even plays a draw against teams like Azerbeidzjan.. But as a Belgain I'm proud we have Coone !!

  • @Lucirep

    hahaha feitje..

  • @Lucirep En terecht. Het is een held.

  • @Lucirep Hahah jullie hebben alsnog geweldig lekkere frietjes :)

  • Worldtour... maybe finland in list? :D

  • Thats why I love him so much: hes not just making music, he also does a lot for and with his fans

  • i don't really agree what he said about hardstyle becoming not commercial, because they don't see that on stage. when you're in the crowd waiting for the kick and ready to go wild and you're being pushed from every side by non hardstyle followers like the people who only heard of Qlimax and defqon because of it's big name and not about the music, i don't mind newcomers only if you're ready to jump and go wild and party all day and night.

  • Coone is better than ever! Awesome guy.

  • Release a jump track plzzzzzz

You where so good in this style, in my opinion better than in hardstyle

  • @leswoushen01 jumpstyle sucks. hardstyle is tip top for coone . he is now at the tip of his carrer. do u think he would of got to #41 in the top 100 dj's if he would of stayed with jump?

    neither do i mate.

  • They sure love rubbing their chins and moving their fingers around their mouth... *shiver*

  • @WorstCommenter2008 Shall we rub ourselves too, remember i'm your clone, i will do everything to make you happy :3

  • wat betekent coone dan in engelstalige landen?

  • @MightyMrMichael op zn beleefdst gezegd; 'roetmop'

  • @gerbendebruyn roetmop? nog nooit van gehoord :D

  • @MightyMrMichael scheldwoord voor negers x)

  • @MightyMrMichael

scheldwoord voor donkere mensen dacht ik

  • Nice, to see hardtyle dj's from a other view, a true story about the story behind the musis. Thx Coone en Villian for this contribution !!

  • You entered the DJMAGTOP100. You can be really proud of yourself.

  • 6:04 WTF? In my oppinion Coone is much better than all the other's Villian called right there. I still like to listen to all of their tracks, but i think Coone as ellaborated into Hardstyle and is far higher on the ranklist than producers like HHZ DBSTF and NC.

  • @5p4dD3L jij bent zoiezo een belg!!

  • @Socializerz Well, i have actually no clue what ever you just said. :)

  • @5p4dD3L

i said that ur definitely from belgium cuz you said coone is better than hzz nc dbstf

    trololol

  • @Socializerz Haha :D Nope, i'm not. I'm Simply loving Coone's work. Not only his, all the Stuff released on DWX and sub labels like DWXBounce they just release the best stuff. Not like other labels, who are signing not half-finished Producers and release their stuff. :)

  • @5p4dD3L +1

  • @5p4dD3L Producers like HHZ, NC, and DBSTF are so successful that they have all gone beyond the normality of hardstyle, and found something very unique. Noisecontrollers is, for now, the only producer(s) who realized that the normality that they had gone beyond, was too fast. I'm hoping that HHZ's album is going to bring him also back to the normality, but DBSTF are already making so different stuff that it's hard to believe that they'd produce a track like they did in 2009/2010.

  • @AceionzHardstyle I sign that, but DBSTF are on a good way back, too! If I listen to their newest production 'Our Music' I get shivers all over - check it out! Goot "old" DBSTF feelin in this track :)

  • @AceionzHardstyle let's hope for the best. :)

  • cool!

  • Coone President ! <3
