Wow the area looks really different to the last time I was in ghana 6 years ago., the roads look so good... This looks like a place in Dubai that I visited...
The road is Independence Avenue, starting just north-west of the National Theatre...the circle that is shown is Independence Circle, as is the monument with the banner of the pan-african leaders........the vehicle continues north-west, with the clip ending just before reaching the Ako Adjei Interchange (overpass).....
I drive around Accra all the time and love being in Ghana !
