So my friend Marcusnr1 finally told me how he started dunking, he s shorter than me, he s only 5 6 but leaps over 9 inches higher! What he took the training workout over at |50 inch vertical [dot] com| and gained over 14 inches in his vertical leap!

Marcusnr1 I'm 5 11 and I can do reverse 180 dunks. Honestly, anyone can do it, just workout the right way. I personally recommend the workout training at |vert jump training(dot) com| but any program could be used if you know they work
