I think these two are so much more appealing together than Cat and Frankie! I love the contrast between Sam's calmness and Cat's tightly wound neurotic nature. I know some of the scenes in the first episode were pretty contrived, but I think the acting in the show is pretty decent (especially Laura Fraser), and I'll definitely keep watching!

Lip service is on BBC 3 and it's on after 10..It didn't even make BBC 2 and that is where I believed Lip service was going to be.

I would have prefered the BBC or ITV or Channel 4 or 5 had of screened The L word first. Would Lip service be given the go ahead to be accepted for production if this had of happened?

Channel 4 will always reign supreme for screening Queer as Folk.

That was groundbreaking at the time.
