Think Strengths, Not Weaknesses

Tyler, at the same time, knowing your weaknesses and being able to admit them (and how you cope with them) is also a strength. Teamwork is best accomplished when people recognize both their S/W as a group and don't allow the weaknesses of any one member to take down the team. Hiding weaknesses doesn't help the team. Something to think about... cool vids and best wishes to those out there looking to build their careers.
