As the son of a WWII Vet, I have little to no pity for any German that was killed during the retaking of Europe and the crushing of a a people that stood by and let their government kill millions of their neighbors. The German people of that era reaped what they sowed. they were bringers of war and got what they deserved, wholesale death.
