This is nice especially if you need to be in Shinjuku. If you want to be in places closer to Otemachi, Nagatacho, Shiodome, Shinagawa, etc., Please take a look at the Space Design Bureau and B-site apartments. I have made videos of each building for you here. Hope I did as good a job as RonnieRoller. :)

They didn't have wifi but had an Ethernet connection. It was between $8 and $10 a day. I found that most hotels in Japan do not have wifi but do have some type of Ethernet connection. Just as the front desk and they'll give it to you. By the way, the Oakwood in Roppongi is better IMO.
