Simple, for an NFL QB he has poor fundamentals, he accuracy issues and plays in a gimmicky offense that hasn't developed his ability to read a defense properly. Tebow has a molasses slow windup and in the NFL that will get a DB to jump all over your routes. Combine that slow delivery with barely average arm strength and poor footwork. He was among the all-time greats in college but the NFL is a whole different animal.
