    What's an aseel?

  • @molinobeer It's a breed of chicken from India. They have been around a few thousand years now and are used for fighting.

  • how do Dinosaurs. which were mostly meat eaters. and 20 feet + tall. evolve into birds that are about 10 lbs at most. all plant eaters besides hawks etc. and how did the dinosaur learn to crow?

  • Microraptor is a newly-discovered, bird-like dinosaur from China. This crow-sized coelurosaurid theropod was about 16 inches long. This bipedal meat-eater had some bird-like features, including its teeth (like those of early birds) and hip (it had a Rahonavis-like ischium). A partial skeleton and feather-like impressions were found in Liaoning, China. It is probably an adult, but this is not certain. The type species is M. zhaoianus.

  • Your information is not clear. It is a generalization that birds evolved from dinos, though this is not true. Birds are thought to have been derived from certain dinosaurs, specifically small theropods like raptors. Raptors are very, very, very similar to birds in many ways. BTW I believe that there are no dinosaurs that are over 20 feet tall that are carnivores. T. rex I believe stood about 10 ft tall, although S. Aegypticus may have been taller due to the sail.

  • understand that alot of evolution may take place during the arrival of birds in the Jurassic. With 155 million years, the warm blooded dinosaur successors were likely able to dominate the surviving mammals and reptiles. Chickens reflect only one portion of birds, there may be birds whose eating habits are similar to dinos. I don't believe there are any herbivorous birds. One major flaw in your statement is that bird like theropods can't fly, whereas birds can and would adapt accordingly

  • evolution, dude! duh!

  • Birds are birds, dinosaurs are dinosaurs. Don't let the educational establishment confuse you!

  • Oh too cute!! I'm getting 25 bantam hen chicks from my brothers friend for $75

  • I would like to see a real velociraptor dinosaur, that would be awesome! but this really does look like them, birds descend from dinosaurs so.. cool!

  • They would make an anorexic model proud. I quite like game birds. Very... raptor like.

  • Very cute sounds they make, and very pretty!
