And they are not for transporting accident victims from the scene to the hospital, but instead for transporting patients who are in treatment and need safe travel to other facilities. And they have alot BIGGER windows then the bus in the video! AND they DON'T have 'MASS EVACUATION ' written on the side!

My reaction is a bit mixed. It could easily be a legitimate rescue vehicle incase shit hits the fan. but it also beggs the question "why would you need a mass evacuation bus if you werent expecting to do some mass evacuations?" theres nothing wrong with being prepared but mass evacuations should never be so expected that someone had the forethought to make a vehicle specificly for the purpose.
