Tuve la suerte y la desgracia de escucharla, solo cuando íba en el freeway ó autopista, rumbo a Los Angeles y nada mas.

Tenía casi siempre la misma emisora y nada, para acabarla de amolar, jamás decían el nombre del cantante y tardé 14 años en saber quien la cantaba, pues ya estando en Tijuana, llegué con unos negritos que estaban en el mismo bar que yo y les canté la canción.

@Chuteiro jajaj por lo que veo no soy el unico necio en cuanto canciones, me ha pasado con muchisismos temos que ignoro los autores y los nombre, pero con la magia del inter se consegen, yo este disco lo compre en 1985 y lo perdi y apenas consegui la cancion pues busque la portada en google y copie todos los autores, nuevamente me da gustazo saludarte pues creo que somos amantes de la buena musica...saludos

I have always loved this song.. the words are great, but the music is also wonderful.

It has a difficult string of notes to sing, and he does it so beautifully.. I thank you for posting it up here. I danced to it in the 80's. I loved a man who also sang it well. I will be listening to it often.

And I responded "Contradiction much???", meaning she contradicted herself by saying "men there all dogs" YET she states that she "had a one in a million" and she will "never find another man like him".

But it's my fault for not putting quotes around her statement separating her statements from my response with some lines.
