@chrisdude747 In campaign and single player mode you can leave the door closed and barred as long as you want. Once you open the door after that, even if you close it again a tank can break it open. A good example of this is on my channel I have a video called "Left 4 Dead 2 Custom Tank Music - Piranha 3D End Credits Music". Notice how the bar is still on the door and the tank cant get in.

@TheBr0wner no he got through part of the level and got to the safe house that was at the end of that part of the campaign and since if any zombies are in the area of a safehouse be it inside or above the game wouldnt end and as you can see this saferoom doesnt have a little window blocked up by bars

I did. But I know that the zombie on the roof of the train car wasn''t the problem, it was the fact that Zoey was standing right by the door the entire time, preventing the game from counting the team as being "safe".

theres probably a line of code in the saferoom parameters saying not to end until all infected have been clear of the saferoom. for whatever reason since on of the infected was on top, the game may have been seeing this as part of the saferoom??
