1.no back up not or priusk

2.the rope is in between your legs

3.your only using 1 hand to control the rope

4.YOUR WEARING FLIP FLOPS ON YOUR FEET

you either use 1 screwgate/twistlock or 2 snap gates opposing sides ON EACH ANCHOR POINT

It's also a bad idea to hold the ATC in your hand while inserting the rope into it. It can fall and you would need some backup device to rappel or being able to rappel with a dynamic knot as emergency technique.

It's a better idea to keep the ATC linked to the central ring of your harness with its carabiner closed. Insert the rope in the ATC and pass the rope inside the carabiner so that you don't trust your hand to hold the ATC a single second.

Just imagine rappeling with gloves at -20ºC!!

you need to teach better rappelling techniques this is a bad video the rope should never be between your legs ever! im a certified cmc rope rescue member of a search and rescue department you cannot do this and a prussic is an extremely good idea either get better videos or dont post them under a title saying your an expert cause someones gonna get hurt doing it like the way this video is showing
