Our dane used to sleep between us as a puppy, but as she grew she would put her hind paws on us and push us off the bed. That ended her bed priveleges. She then took over the family room couch and ruined it, but we loved her so we didn't mind. Got a new one when she left us.

o man our dane snornes like a heavy smoking grandpa, and dont wake up when you call her, somtimes she talks in her sleep too, and of course that big paw always clips your face, but I wouldnt have it any other way

i know how you feel. i have a great dane that sleeps in my bed with me. i have trouble getting to sleep sometimes because he kicks and rolls over and sits on me. but him... yeah he has no problems at all.
