Yes higher being, as in the cause of the universe? No thor no jupiter, these are gods made up by human imagination combining different ideas and thoughts through observing sensible tangible material or objects in this limited universe.
What we in Islam refer to is the creator of this whole existence, the cause for this universe, that is rationally confirmed through consideration, and is NOT inside this unvierse, nor bound by its laws and boundaries. Thats why you cant sense Him.
But when it all boils down, left thinking brain has its limits, and cannot and never will beable to explain everything into a scientific fact. So in my opinion if science cannot explain why something does what it does, it is all hogwash to them
How so? What about the concepts in this video indicates design? Name one thing. And please, be simple and direct. Don't try to bury reason with a mountain of bs.
Really. Name one actual thing in the video that can't occur naturally.
Allah hu Akbar, 1400 years ago The Holly Qura'n Says: "It is he who created the night and the day and the sun and the moon. They swing along each in an orbit." so science has proved the The Holly Quran.
@MHD2200 but that fails to explain anything. if there is a creator & he created physics in this way to make planets orbit the way they do... why that way? religion doesn't answer anything... it just creates more questions.
Okay it seems YouTube is giving me trouble. I'll try this.....Google "barry setterfield and trevor norman" and click on the first link. Good information for physicists and non-physicists alike to enjoy and find interesting.
When one speaks of millions/billions of yrs., one assumes there have been no non-linearities. One need only look at the one sided, pock marked moon to know there have been huge non-linearities. We cannot assume things are now as they were even 10,000 yrs. ago.
No...I AM not referring to the laws of physics. Perhaps you might better understand the term non-continuities. There is no proof that everything is continuing the same as it was. Rather, there is evidence that singular events have changed systems. At one time (and only one time), a singular event that lasted about 20 minutes (determined by the rotation rate of the moon) heavily pock marked the moon's surface. That is a non linearity. CONTINUED........
CONTINUED.......One cannot extrapolate backwards in spacetime based on what we can observe now, what happened beyond our written history because non lineraities do happen. However, I would agree that all the non linearities would definitely follow the laws of physics.
One thing I trust about physicists....you ain't one. You bewray your (yes, it's bewray...look it up) your ignorance when you suggest non-linearities have been accounted....by their very definition, that is an impossibility. And I must clear up a little matter. When I spoke about the moon being severely pock marked in a 20 minute period, I should have mentioned that affected only one side of the moon. Many of you probably knew that one side of the moon is much more cratered than the other.
science sticks to the brains better when you can actually see what they are describing. Another thing the world education system needs to consider. I was never a fan of professors with terrible hand writings drawings things on the board and explaining at the same time.
Thanks for the video. I'm keeping this one for my kid. :)

So you say it's an elipse and others say is a circle. Who is lying ? I'm getting tired of mixed data. What is THE truth?

Why the hell would anybody dislike this video? What is there to dislike? Are you against being educated?
Great video, thanks.

@rana946
That's ridiculous. First of all, that's like saying that science has proven Zeus exists because we have explained thunder and lightning.
And second, the statement is incorrect; the sun and moon do not orbit the earth. The moon does. The earth orbits the sun.
But the authors of the Quran didn't know that; they went with the less-correct astronomical ideas of their time - 1500 years ago.

Its all but proof, that these systems are created and maintained by a higher being. Only strengthens belief when One watches this.
Good video.

If you are referring to the laws of physics, we are able to do various tests to ensure that they have not changed over the history of our universe.

We have the evidence in the stones, the pattern in body of some ancient creators tells us the exact number of days when it was millions of year ago.
The non-linearity has been taken into account. Physicists are smart, trust me.
