@trancelott its a matter of taste, ripper is a very good vocalist, malmsteen knows it but this guy kam73 think not the same, only one thing, graham bonnet was the singer for alcatrazz so is malmsteen their guitarrist
@trancelott the ripper was a awsome singer with judas priest cause he is good at the high pitched metal screams but yngwies other vocalists sing and reach the high notes singing. everyone has their reason for choosing their favorite singer though. oya tim owens is great in the studio but his live performances are not as good.
@kamz73 I totally agree with you. All Yngwie's singers are great, but I don't like ripper. And he surely is not one of the best singer around. His range is smaller then the other yngwie singers, and if he hits high notes, he screams them. I hope yngwie will change his singer soon.
