On hookahs you can buy from smoke shops, there's a carb with a ball in it and a cover, so you can blow the excess stale smoke out (it kills me too Sound), but it's resealed automatically when you take another hit. It's like an auto-carb :D

You should totally try making one, you'd love the hookah with no stale crap.

Sound... You don't smoke just weed from a hookah. You have to mix it with shesha and use a coal, then its all good. I suggest buying a cheap hookah bowl to put on it. Hope this helps your lungs a bit.
