WoW is awesome :P it's worth paying for. But yes, it's a bit pricy. A lot of people forget that WoW is like a gift, like chocolate. Not something you give up other priorities in life for.

10 years in development+still in alpha stage+missing models=people need to put more time and energy. Screw if the game's "completely free" or not. The amount of work put into this game is miniscule; even though they have a team of like, 40 devs, nobody seems to do anything but monitor the forums.

@TheZombiesarepeople2 No WOW sucks but Planeshift REALLY sucks. WOW is full of 12yr old tards who jumped on the mmorpg bandwaggon without trying the really good ones. WOW ruined some very good MMORPGS because they had the Warcraft name and advertising. But dont mistake it for a good game the PVP sucks hardcore and the grind is horrible and even with all the expansions DAOC is still a better game.

there actualy quite a bit to do the games getting bigger and better all the time do uests talk to people ect but remmember it is an mmorpg and should be trated like one i.e role play or your not gonna get far. mayb see yahs around in the game from ime to time ALliva ALyeve if you must know me chars name.

i used to play a long time ago back in 2005 close 06 i had a character named laphe remos lol and they banned me cus i was cursing in town, and like you have to very polite and stuff, FUCK THAT MAN it's just a stupid game. Oh by the way JANNERS is the best mod there, if you see him tell him laphe remos says hi :) his guild name is "JANNERS WAY"

Hydlaa's WAY too big compared to Ojaveda and Gugrontid, and those are WAY too tiny. though I would wish that the other towns were as big as Hydlaa, since Hydlaa is like the size of a real life town.

I'm reading some of the comments... I personally don't mind paying fees for a game's maintenance; it's the expansions that disgust me since they're hardly optional and always ruin the original world. It wouldn't be a problem if expansions were only designed to provide content for higher level players but since they are meant to appeal to new players as well the old content becomes obsolete (and to absurd results involving ridiculous weapons).

Thank god someone agrees! I don't like the idea of adding more levels either! Like BC or WOTLK! Keep the cap at 60 and just add new factions, rewards, mounts, weapons, and patterns! It's awesome if you are into roleplaying. If you just want an rpg to level up in, it's rough at first. Once you get going, the possibilities in the game are almost endless.
