This is simply breathtaking, Xenogears is the best rpg for psone and sadly is an underrated one (along with Legend Of Dragoon) and i like FFVII (even though is overrated) and love FFVIII which was my first rpg i ever played so i got in loved with Rinoa and Squall´s love tale, but i gotta say Xenogears is on another level of beauty and outstandingness, is simply a masterpiece.

Please: the animes made out of Arc the Lad and Xenosaga sucked so much that I DO NOT WANT to see one more good game getting butchered by lazy anime producers.
My god, this makes me miss Xenogears so much, I dont own a console system nor do I have the game, i well probably never get to experience this great game again, and thats saddening for me.
I didn't try this idea but i doupt it would work! You can definantly play it like this but 90% you will be missing the movies and Xenogears best points are story, movies & music! That's why till nowdays it's considered one of the best games ever (for me the best)! Emulators are good for simple games not for advanced RPGs unfortunantly! However i repeat i din't try it so i hope i am wrong!
only sad thing about xenosaga tho is that the director knew that the game was going to fail and he left the project entirely, and sqaure shot down the possiblity of a Xenogears remake.

, i dont know if you went tough the 2nd disc of "Gears" but it was rushed because he has a really bad thing about waiting till the last minute.Sagas 2 and 3 were rush jobs but what makes it sad is the director knew the project wasnt going to make its deadline so about 1/3 of the way though sagas 3 he just left the project since the sales of 2 were less than half of the sales of sagas 1. he tried to save himself from humiliation and failed

I personally havent played the sagas, well only the 1st one but havent finished yet.. I couldnt stand the slow fighting. Anyway, I thot I'm the only one who feels sagas pales compare to gears. Guess the sales said it all. :S

Download the game iso from a torrent tracker and get ePSXe emulator. Voila: Xenogears running on PC. Played through 3 times only on PC.
