the origional was a .32acp the VZ61 which did not have a straight clip nor a wooden stock. the original was created to be a SMG to protect tank crews. t wasnt until later that they made the Carbine version aka the CZ 868.

@ekici123 The bullet is important in combat situations insomuch as more hits required to kill a target equates to fewer targets killed per magazine. There is nothing wrong with the Skorpion, nor the .32 ACP round, but it is not an efficient way to conduct most combat operations. However, it was not intended for most combat situations, but as a defensive weapon for non-combat troops, security personnel, and for use in covert situations (easily concealable). It is what it is.
