I use CS2 as well on Ubuntu, it's the same thing as CS3+ give or take a few features. Just the interface which is different.

Downloading the corefonts to Ubuntu makes jack shit difference. You need to either copy and paste the core fonts to C:/Windows/Fonts, or use Winedoors to get the fonts for WINE!
