Look, I have one of these "Cleave" cases and while it looks great and and all it TOTALLY kills the signal reception unless your outside. So it kinda makes the case unusable.
@Shirodx Actually, yes. Deff Cleave and Draco products are essentially a Japanese product that Rakuten distributes with no intentions of shipping it worldwide. People could buy it off the Japanese website with expensive shipping fees (there are now some distributers out there that sell authentic ones). But many Chinese/American fakes are still being sold currently. You can research this yourself. Go to Rakuten's website and you won't find blue, green, orange etc Dracos, but are sold on Amazon.
Re Deff CLEAVE, DO NOT BUY THIS: Make no mistake, pretty, light, tough. BUT TWO BIG PROBLEMS: - firstly I have at least 6 iPhone connectors, at least half of those are Apple products, and NONE of them fitted through the hole in this bumper. Even the SendStation extender/adapter did not fit through and it's designed to solve that problem. That's a show-stopper, takes minutes to remove the case.
Secondly fitting is prone to GOUGE DEEP SCRATCHES in the edges of your iPhone when fitting/removing.
Someone got a little overzealous with depth of field. Some images without crazy bokeh would have made it a little easier to tell what the case exactly looks like.
I got mine in the mail a couple of days ago. It's a beautiful case, really sturdy and snug fit, but unfortunately I took it off after testing it out one whole day. It interfered with the GPS tracking for Maps and TomTom app which I use almost daily. I would recommend this case only for people who don't use GPS.
It's not very hard to put on, but it is lethal on your reception. I had to take it off. Places that I had three bars dropped to one. It's too bad because it looks really nice installed.
@stratt95 I can attest to this personally as I installed one on my iPhone 4 today. I consistently have 4 bars on my worksite, after I installed it I was admiring how good it looked... "NO SERVICE". I would avoid buying this at all costs, I had a friend I work with put it on his phone with a different service provider and it did the same thing. This one does not "effect" reception, it kills it altogether. I would not recommend this case myself.

It is probable you bought a fake one, and the fake one is worse compared to the one xSkyJuiCe bought.
