The N64 version was also good but I think the PS1 version is the best because it has cutscenes.

I had Gex 3 for the Gameboy Color and it was a bit better than the Gameboy version of Enter the Gecko but I think the N64 and PS1 versions are the best.

Gex 1 for ps1 is still the best though

@TKDmidgit I played Gex 3 for N64 (emulator Project 64) but never got to play it for the PS1 even though I want to get a copy of it.

and Gex 1 to me is okay but Gex 2 is my favorite out of them all.

i was 8 years old and i could successfully jump with him but i was scared of the flowers they looked mean and also kinda creepy music, those are the memories i have from this game :D

GEX had 3D ports.I suggest you,if you have a PS1,PS2,PSX,PSP or PS3,give GEX 2:Enter the Gecko a play.Or try to emulate N64 and give it a try.

Go play this game for yourself if you haven't, the tail bouncing was a pain the arse and I remember that crap back when I was a kid, it was perfect in the N64 and PSX versions, but in this one it just sucks. Took me so many times just to complete one mission back when I was a kid due to that wretched tail bounce. If the Gex 3 for the GBC had the same tail bounce, the last level with all those blocks you have to jump on would be more tedious than beating a Megaman game.

I know I'm a Gex fan and it's really hard for me to say this but....yeah.......this game was horrible, but it wasn't made by the usual gang who did Gex, was it THQ? This was the only game in the series that's bad. If it WAS THQ,curse them.
