actually dude this is a type of talent. you have to have perfect hand speed to get some of those notes and good reflexes. im about to get this game and i know its going to be hard as hell. but this is a TYPE of talent. i wouldnt say its a definite talent though

It's so limited. Last night at my gig I was in complete control of my guitar playing my own songs and improvising solos. Since when can you do any of that with guitar hero? It's a mechanical skill at most and you cannot deny that.

it's not supposed to be a real guitar but a fun substitute. I dont' have time to learn a real guitar so GH is good just for fun. that said, i'd rather know a real guitar over a fake one but whatever.

Talent and art definately aren't synonomous with each other. Most art takes talent, but you can definately have talent without art. You can be damn good at tarring a roof, but I don't think anyone would constitute that as art. I also agree that Guitar Hero isn't art, but I love it anyways!
