  • you are totally fake ..... moreeeee

  • no he really wasn't. He really did know how to do everything he claimed and as far as his philosophy on martial arts goes it is definately one of the best anyone person has ever come up with.

  • LOl. Say that to Joe Lewis.

  • versi i oci

  • You can't handle the truth.

  • shut the fuck up

  • You're partly right Distimok. Bruce Lee was faster than light but he didn't slow down to become famous. He slowed down because being faster than light he was actually going back in time and hitting people BEFORE they gave him a reason to. So it appeared that he was hitting people for no reason. That's why he had to flea China. It was getting him in trouble. The fame was actually a biproduct of him slowing down. A lot of people confuse that.

  • I am forever in your debt, sir.

  • Well duh pegbars. Wasn't that clear enough for you? Cameras can stop a hummingbird's wings in mid flap. The point remains that Bruce had to slow down his moves because otherwise the audience would have no idea why people were falling down around him. I suppose they could have slowed down the film but the idea was still to show the audience what he was doing. Thanks for pointing out the painfully obvious.

  • You misunderstand. The myth touts that Lee was faster than *the camera* - as a device. The public has no concept of context or narrative in this regard. I just clarified what the filmmakers meant. Most people haven't seen that documentary, they just repeat the myth. Relax.

  • Actually, he was faster than light, which is why at full speed you couldn't see him at all so he had to slow down to be able to be seen and become famous and train chuck Norris. Thanks to that, we have internet.

  • :D XD

  • Haha to the point.

  • Bruce Lee, Burt Ward, The Spider-man & The Dogman all in one video. Far out. Thanks Dogman, Where do I send my money?

  • Who the hell is that bearded guy talking?

  • That is Roger C. Carmel or "Harry Mudd" of Star Trek's "Mudd's Women" fame. On Batman he was Colonel Gumm, but acted in a lot of shows over the years.

  • Ok. I never heard of the Colonel Gumm character on the Batmang show.

  • Carmel died 20 years ago.

  • They were friends before filming, I remember reading that. Funny how Robin could have kicked Batman's ass in real life and Kato could have destoryed the Green Hornet.

  • Sure it was cckrieg or should I call you Burt Ward? No need for you to be so defensive, lol.

Actually BW was quite athletic in his own right even holding a brown belt in Judo. But to think of even the best brown belt giving Bruce Lee much competition is laughable. Lee actually had to slow down his moves so the camera could catch them. He was that fast.

The original script called for Kato to lose to Robin but was rewritten as a stalemate. Holy hallucinations Batman.

  • Holy hallucinations Batman Really! More some minutes, Robin would be dead! But Robin made one thing: He could stand in a showdown against Bruce Lee and stay alive! Good Work, Robin!

  • >>Lee actually had to slow down<< That's an urban myth garnered from "The Making of Enter the Dragon". They asked him to slow down during one setup for staging purposes... so the audience could follow the action. Though they said camera, they meant the audience. He was not faster than a motion picture camera. If he had been, you wouldn't have been able to see said action when it happened in the documentary!

  • actually the actions scenes involving bruce lee in his movies are filmed in 32frames per second instead of the traditional 24 used at the time so they could be slowed motion....most fighting movies nowadays actually speed up the fighting scenes

  • That story is only partially true. According to Burt ward, he and Bruce Lee used to live in the same apartment building together and the 'fight scene" was nothing more than a watered down version of their sparing that they did on a regular basis.

  • That ain't the way Adam West tells it in his "back to the batcave" book.

  • Burt Ward comment to Bruce Lee after that was "its only a TV show".Bruce said "Yeah,Lucky for you." Sheng ChenFan

  • hahaha

    Bruce lee made robin scared
