Apparently some people were shot and physicaly assaulted, so Mr Zuma is basically telling his followers and the nation that such behaviors are against the law and necessary measures should be taken to deal with these. He says, As the ANC we should respect other parties and allow them to do what they wish to do. He hopes to meet with his brothers from other partys(oposing ones) and discuss and teach the followers.
