I met the Supremes in Amsterdam in 1977 and had seen them in London on their High Energy tour the year before shortly after Florence Ballard had died , it was a fab concert and a great album , will never forget it my only complaint was that a few of us hung around the stage door for an hour or more in the freezing cold after the show and we were disapointed that we didn't get autographs , they were whisked away c'est la vie made up for it when I met them in person in amsterdam .
