It is refreshing to see a development program that looks at their aid as an investment. MCC only invests in countries that meet criteria based on their governments policies related to corruption, health, environment, education, etc. This shows these countries' governments are committed to developing their nation. MCC's emphasis on country ownership is also refreshing, as too many programs are designed by foreign "planners" who do not understand the local context. Thanks for the video.
