............legal definition of hacking is gaining unauthorized access into a system. Hacking is a bit more inclusive than just code breaking. Social engineering also counts as hacking in many cases. Hell you can even be charged if you guess the correctly.

@MarkO626 They claim to be the most watched all the time, but it's only barely. Infact their ratings are going down while NBC and MSNBC are going way up. Oreilly even said that it must be a conspiracy and that the ratings arent actually changing, which we all know is rediculous.
