My dad, Tommy Brady, was Joe's drummer for years. I can remember how much fun it was to watch them when I was a kid. What music that band could make! Our thoughts and prayers go out to Helen and the entire Madden Family. Joe was certainly one of a kind, and will be deeply missed.

Joe, you haven't changed a bit since we met back in 1973 at the Trocadero Ballroom in the Bronx at a Clare wedding (I'd just switched over to the B/C).
