Nope, I didn't find anything.

I don't think it's from Jean Michel Jarre at all because all songs I've listened from him were Popcorn and Teo * Tea, so it's not Jean.

I'm again thinking of Comsic Gate or maybe Rank 1.. my intuition tells me Cosmic Gate, but I didn't find anything from them either..
