Lowering specs isn't a bad new per se, devices will probably be supported longer, and since the WP7 is well optimized I can see people with current phones getting both Tango and WP8.

@killerstick1 I have the mozart and it's a decent phone. Reason I got it was because I <3 WP7 but I didn't have much money to spend on one. Mozart is cheap on Orange if you go in store and get a good deal.

@rocklover3300 Nope, runs perfectly on my HTC HD7S. I can only imagine what a faster processor will do. I know the Focus is a really good smooth phone too. I don't know about the others.

I'm getting my HTC Trophy in a month and I'm just wondering, does WP7 have a download manager-ish thing? I don't know what I'm going to do without downloading things online...

@bumrang please don't buy a htc trophy but other than that you can buy htc radar or for games you can buy htc titan . the only advantage of these two phones are front facing camera with better sensors and dlna with win 7.5 but htc trophy and htc radar have two disadvantages 1. they don't have 16gb internal memory but eventhough they say that you get 8gb memory , out of that you get only 6gb to use 2. they have slower processor speed eventhough not noticable as htc titan has 1.5ghz so buy titan

1. its cheap

2. I dont care about how fast it is, I just want a working wp7

3. veizon says it has built in 16gb, not 8gb

4. Not planning to play games on it, that what my computer is for. Im just going to use it for doing things on the go, and maybe a game here or there. Mainly going to use it for internet.

Is there ANY way you can get a background image to your zune(music + videos) app on windows phone 7.5 if you're NOT living in north America? Mine is still a plain black or white color (depending on the theme); surely there is some way to work around this to allow it to access the zune network and download the features (background artist image/bio etc) that you can get if you live in North America.
