Are these guitars built by hand in the U.S.A? and are they well made using good woods and high quality tuners and metal parts?

Wiring always looks incredibly clean on the inside like the masterbuilt guitars. All metal parts are vintage spec Genuine Fender. You cant get a better strat. @funkyp4nd4 We bought one of the masterbuilts and spec'd it out inside and out. Our black1 is as close as it gets. Plus our relicing is WAY more accurate than the masterbuilt. The masterbuilt relicing on the 83 black1's were lacking in several areas.

@libertyfalls Come on! The original Black1 is a masterbuilt guitar by Fender built with John Mayer your saying your work is better than the custom shop? I have a masterbuilt strat and the pics i see of your work don't even come close...yours are way to basic looking.

@stratocasterrelic The Custom SHop and masterbuilders are two different things. I never said I was better than the masterbuilders. Im saying the there are several custom shop (non-masterbuilt) fenders Ive played that had nothing compared to our strats. Our guitars are comparable to masterbuilts in play, sound, feel, etc. I would never say superior to. Our black1's are the best replicas on the market. Can you tell me who makes better?

hey dude- I have a rosewood black strat and I want the gold hardware and pearl tuners to make it look like a new black1- could I order it from you?

@jacktheguitarman Sure thing. We sell them on our parts page at custom-relics. THe only elite tuners we have are slightly reliced. Not rusty or anything, just the shine knocked off of the gold. We can get you a matched reliced bridge too. If you want them new looking let me know and Ill see if I can order some.

@libertyfalls @libertyfalls actually I changed my mind hahaha- i just want to keep my rosewood black stock- I do have a highway one black maple neck- how much for u to refinish the neck to a dark tint and intstall vintage tuners- and if not a lot of cash- do a slight relic something like that black band of gypsys strat hendrix used

@jacktheguitarman We dont refinish necks. It would be cheaper to order a brand new neck. We could relic it for cheap. $50 or so.

What if I don't want a reliced handmade strat instead I want a NOS strat do you do that as well?

@hankammer23259 Yes, we do. We can make everything nice and shiny looking brand new finished however you like in whatever color you like. We have done several of the non-relics. E-mail me and let me know what you have in mind and Ill get you a price quote. Most guitars are around only $1500 or so. We are the best and cheapest out there.

@benjy091 $1500 for a premium hand built professional instrument? Yes. Only $1500. Do some research. The Fender versions of this guitar went for over $18,000 - yes, $18,000 with 3 zeros. Premium instruments fetch big bucks my friend. Maybe you should upgrade from your squier. :-)
