  • all the series of 1991 and 1994 was the best series ever.

  • I saw the actor who played Burt Jay's grandad in Eastenders at the start running

  • Tegs will move to Oldenburg? Could be worse.

  • @AidanLunn i think your just lumping in a suggestion that uploading effected the sales, from what your saying its quite clear the BBC screwed up the DVD originally.

In fact it seams they made a poor product and then used excuses to colour the fact.

  • @AidanLunn, i think perhaps its easy to think that way when you are a DVD user/collector, it defeats the purpose of a buying them in some way for them.

If anything its a promotion for people who would never have payed for a DVD in the first place to get interested and then buy the DVD , it boosts sales.

  • Yes, for DVD collectors, personally i am very happy with the quality here. Each to there own, i dont think us watching them for free in bad quality has any negative bearing upon the BBC's money making department.

  • luckily we can watch them all again online, with out waiting for some business director to decide if the tax payer deserves to see their programs again.

  • Yes but surely a DVD in broadcast quality on a TV would be better than watching a horribly compressed version of a grotty, worn-out VHS (or Betamax) tape on a PC?

  • It was 1991 actually

  • great series like the theme tune. wish that the new cbbc never came

  • I love the new theme tune!

  • yeh but brings back alot of memories.
